We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to help scale our AI system across the healthcare sector.
The software is a highly advanced software platform powered by AI, designed to help health care organisations improve patient-flow visibility, operational efficiency, waiting-stage communication, and service coordination. We are looking for experienced commercial professionals who can open doors, influence decision-makers, and secure strategic opportunities within the health care industry.
You will:
* Lead senior-level sales conversations across the healthcare sector
* Engage decision-makers with a compelling commercial proposition
* Build strategic pipeline opportunities
* Position the software system as a leading health-tech solution
* Drive free pilot engagement and long-term adoption
You should have:
* Strong B2B new business sales experience
* Confidence operating at senior decision-maker level
* Experience in healthcare, SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital transformation
* Strong closing ability and commercial drive
* A proven track record of exceeding targets

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
* Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
* Strong negotiation skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* CRM experience is preferred
