Job Title: Head of Community Services
Location: Poringland, Norfolk (with travel as required)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00
The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role, including evenings and weekends as required including on call.

About You
As our Head of Community Services you will have a proven track record in CQC regulated Health & Social Care services and be confident in managing multi-site operations, budgets, and teams all whilst ensuring services are safe, high quality, and financially sustainable.
You will be strategic, yet hands on, to be able to translate our organisational vision into effective operational plans that deliver outstanding outcomes for the children and young people in our care. You will need to be data‑drive and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
You will also build strong, trusted relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, and community stakeholders, representing the JMR Healthcare our core values Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, and Courage.
You will need to be passionate about making a difference for children and young people with complex needs and ensuring their voices shape the services we deliver.
Requirements
To apply for our Head of Community Services, you will need:
* A proven track record as a senior leader in children’s social care, or health/social care services
* In-depth understanding of CQC and Ofsted regulatory frameworks and experience is achieving positive inspection results
* Extensive experience in managing multi-site services, budgets and teams to deliver excellence outcomes.
* Experience in building, and maintaining, strong relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners and stakeholders.
* Experience in coaching, mentoring and developing leaders, as well as excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
It would also be desirable if the successful candidates has at least a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or relevant equivalent qualification)
