    Role Overview
    We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Witney, Oxfordshire, to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives, working in a rewarding role that offers flexible shifts and comprehensive training.

    Key Responsibilities
    Provide person-centred, compassionate, and respectful care to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
    Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal care
    Support clients during outings, walks, and activities, encouraging social interaction and community engagement
    Receive a full client induction and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare and social care
    Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients
    Required Skills & Experience
    Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals in need
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
    Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
    Basic life support and first aid training (or willingness to undertake training)
    Previous experience in healthcare or social care is desirable, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided
