About the Role:
You'll manage FNOL and Accidental Damage claims from start to finish, building strong relationships with policyholders and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.
What You'll Need:

* Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
* Confident using computer systems and managing caseloads
* Ideally, working towards your CII (we'll support you)
