Salary: £23,795 per annum + Monthly Bonus (£200 approx.)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Inspired Selections is recruiting for a Mobile Optical Assistant to join a leading domiciliary care business, delivering patient-focused eyecare in care homes across the Birmingham area. Your Role
As a Mobile Optical Assistant, you will:
* Deliver a high standard of dispensing, fitting, and customer care, working alongside the Optometrist in care homes.
* Ensure each patient has a positive experience and receives a professional service tailored to their needs.
* Support the Optometrist and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations with a sympathetic, patient-first approach.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Have at least 1 year of experience working in an opticians, with the ability to dispense to all levels.
* Hold a full UK manual driving license, with a clean driving record.
* Be a customer-focused individual with a warm, friendly demeanour and a calm, patient approach.
