The Role:
As a Conveyancing Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our conveyancing team with the smooth running of property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in legal administration and conveyancing.
Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team
* Preparing and checking legal documents and contracts
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
* Managing case files and ensuring deadlines are met
* Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
* Handling general office tasks as required
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable, but not essential – training will be provided
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
