Job Role
* A Junior Sous Chef to support the Head chef to manage the kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness,
* A Junior Sous Chef to help support with the training and development of all new back of house team members.
* A Junior Sous Chef that has the ability to support with running busy services and concepts at the same time.
The Requirements
* A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
* A proven track record with leading a team.
* A Junior Sous Chef with a background in hotels or quality restaurants
* The Junior Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
* A team player who leads from the front.
