Working with world-class brands as a Sales Manager you’ll have the drive to deliver outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers. As a Sales Manager you will lead, motivate, manage and drive your team to provide customer service excellence.

What you’ll do day to day
10. Motive the sales team to deliver an incredible customer experience for every customer that the sales team comes into contact with
11. Unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives
12. Ensure that all sales executives have a current performance development review to maximise performance and to support individuals’ development
13. Ensure that compliance is in place and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and to the manufacturer’s standards
14. Manage the day-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers, sales funnel to maximise sales revenue
15. Encourage the sales team to review processes to ensure they are working in the most efficient way
16. Identify new ways of working and actively encourage the sales team to try out new ideas

17. Ability to provide a first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
18. A proven track record in sales (Ideally within the Automotive Industry)
19. An effective multitasker who is methodical and efficient
20. Attention to detail
21. Ability to supervise and manage the sales process
22. Excellent listening and communication skills
23. Full EU driving licence
