Location: Southampton area (locations within 30 minutes)
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £35,000 gross per annum
As Purchasing & Inventory Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating an organised, efficient, and cost-effective stock system across our hotels and pubs in the Southampton area. This is a hands-on role where you will shape supplier relationships, streamline purchasing, and introduce structure where it is most needed. From negotiating best value to ensuring compliance and security, you will put systems in place that keep everything running smoothly and give our teams the tools they need to deliver at the highest standard.
We are looking for someone with:
· 3+ years' experience in purchasing, inventory, or stores (hospitality preferred)
· Strong organisational skills and confidence in supplier negotiation
· IT competence (Excel; stock systems a plus)
· Willingness to travel regularly between properties
· Legal right to work in the UK
