ACR are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a large, busy traditional-build housing development in Manthorpe, Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-volume residential project and play a key role in delivering quality homes to programme.

The Role
Supporting the Site Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a fast-paced development, so strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple trades are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the daily management of site operations on a traditional build housing development.
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain programme targets.
* Monitor quality standards and ensure works meet specification.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety across site.
* Carry out site inspections, snagging, and progress checks.
* Support with inductions, toolbox talks, and site documentation.
* Liaise with the wider project team to ensure smooth site delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential developments.
* Strong knowledge of traditional build housing.
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain build quality.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work (preferred)
