Working as part of a collaborative and highly supportive team, you will play a key role in advising the business on a broad mix of commercial contracts and operational agreements.
Around 50% of the role will focus on supply chain and operations contracts, including manufacturing, logistics and procurement agreements. The remaining time will involve a broad range of general commercial contracts supporting multiple areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting and negotiating manufacturing, bottling and production agreements with key partners
* Managing contracts relating to warehousing, 3PL providers and logistics operations
* Supporting agreements across procurement and ingredient supply
* Advising on general commercial contracts including IT software licences, services agreements and facilities-related contracts
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide commercially pragmatic legal advice
* Supporting business teams on legal and compliance considerations linked to operational strategy
* Collaborating with colleagues across the EMEA legal function and the global legal team in the US
This role offers significant variety and exposure across multiple areas of the business, making it ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working closely with operational and commercial teams.
