Sales Support Executive | IT Managed Services
Location: Reigate (Hybrid)

Partnering with leading secondary schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, they offer fully managed ICT services, cloud technologies, and bespoke education-focused solutions to drive digital excellence in the classroom.
The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a passionate and detail focused Sales Support Executive, to play a key role alongside our sales team.
You will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring seamless processes and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong organisational mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Team: Assist sales representatives with preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
* Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product or service information as needed.
* Order Management: Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.
* Database Maintenance: Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
* Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making processes.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Worked in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Data analysis tools.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisation: Exceptional time management, multitasking skills and keen attention to detail.
* Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to varying team needs.
* Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges effectively.
