Price Implementation Tester

Working Hours: 37.5 hrs, Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30
The Pricing Implementation Team translates strategic pricing decisions into operational reality, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely implementation of rate changes, structures and new products.
Responsibilities
* Test and validate pricing rate changes in both the rating engine and policy system.
* Collaborate with analysts to understand rate structures and expected outcomes.
* Execute manual and automated testing across various scenarios.
* Verify that premiums and eligibility reflect approved rates.
* Monitor production pricing performance post‑deployment to ensure accuracy and uptime.
* Maintain awareness of practical implications of pricing changes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and documentation standards.
* Report test results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
* Keep up‑to‑date documentation and audit trails for deployed pricing changes.
* Work closely with team members to refine and improve the system.
Qualifications
* Experienced user within ICE, able to understand all transactions (NB, RNWLS, MTAs, cancellations, etc.).
* Proficient in MS Office suite, primarily Excel.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Ability to identify problems, challenge assumptions, and develop structured solutions.
* Attention to detail.
* Proactive mindset, seeking new solutions.
* A STEM degree is beneficial but not required.
