We are looking for a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Weymouth, working specifically with Key Stage 3 students.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a nurturing, inclusive environment that prioritises student wellbeing and personalised learning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties
* Assisting in the delivery of tailored lessons and interventions
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Providing one-to-one and small group support
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals

* Experience working with SEN pupils (school or care-based experience welcomed)
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Passion for supporting young people to thrive
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
