We understand project health reporting, including the use of metrics and KPIs. We have strong facilitation skills and can engage effectively with project teams and stakeholders to gather accurate and timely information. Responsibilities: We support the delivery of high-impact strategic change programmes across the organisation. We ensure projects and programmes are delivered to time, cost, and quality objectives. We work closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Office Manager to embed effective governance, controls, and assurance processes. We promote alignment with the Enterprise Change Framework to minimise risk and disruption. We roll out and maintain governance standards, tools, and frameworks. We support the initiation and mobilisation of programmes. We manage and maintain RAID logs and change control processes. We oversee and track programme budgets and financial performance. We support planning cycles, forecasting, and reporting activities. We coordinate and provide secretariat support for key governance and programme meetings. We build strong, collaborative relationships across business and change teams. We partner with stakeholders to deliver a seamless, end-to-end PMO support service. We provide guidance to ensure consistent delivery standards. We are conversant with the financial discipline required to manage programmes, including establishing cost code structures and maintaining clear and accurate records of spend. We assist Programme Managers in the procurement cycle where required, ensuring all associated financial activity is appropriately approved and recorded. We contribute to the ongoing development of the Enterprise PMO function. We identify, share, and embed best practices across programmes. We challenge existing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. We support continuous improvement so the PMO remains agile, future-ready, and value-driven.
