My client place strong emphasis on individuals development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover.
HQ based in Essex with projects in London.
The Role - Business Development Manager (London/Essex)
If you excel at strategic, consultative selling and have experience in complex, high-value sales cycles, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Working as part of a BD team, you will be responsible for:
* Establishing and nurturing high-value, long-term partnerships within the construction industry.
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities and assessing potential leads.
* A confident communicator, skilled in building strong client relationships and navigating challenges with professionalism and ease.
* Conducting comprehensive client discovery, asking considered and relevant questions, and effectively demonstrating the value of the business and its solutions.
* Maintaining high levels of energy and engagement, with a strong presence in client-facing interactions.
* Driving opportunities through to the bid stage and managing the sales process on the client side
The role will be predominately field based, with 1-2 days in the office (Essex)
