About The Role

As Depot Manager, you will have operational responsibility for all areas of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring the Service Centre performs against targets and budgets, managing costs effectively.
2. Motivating employees to foster a positive atmosphere and maximize team performance.
3. Creating monthly management reports, including P&L analysis.
4. Liaising with the Sales team to develop new sales opportunities and grow the business.
5. Ensuring all work complies with Health and Safety guidelines.
6. Maintaining effective and clear communication within the Service Centre.

To be considered for the Depot Manager role, you should have:
* Previous experience in operations or branch management.
* Experience managing and developing teams.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Good planning and organizational skills.
* Self-motivation and a commitment to high standards.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
* Full clean driving license.
