Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
We’re looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Digital Executive to support and scale our global direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing efforts. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across paid media, conversion-optimized landing pages, email marketing, and full-funnel optimization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including CRM, agency partners, product owners, creative, tech, and sales—to execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive measurable revenue growth.
Main duties and responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning
* Work closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to help plan and run paid media campaigns that support our business goals, reach the right audiences, and bring creative ideas to life.
* Work alongside our paid media agency to execute and continuously optimize campaigns that drive both lead generation and direct B2C revenue.
* When required, set up and optimize paid campaigns independently on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram.
* Contribute to creative ideation—crafting compelling ad copy and visuals designed for engagement and conversion.
Conversion Optimization & A/B Testing
* Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests across ads, landing pages, and email workflows to boost key funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, lead quality).
* Use data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and apply learnings across channels.
* Continually refine landing pages and email journeys based on test results and behavioural insights.
* Partner with data and automation teams to ensure smooth test setup, measurement accuracy, and post-test analysis.
Performance Marketing Execution
* Manage day-to-day paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok—monitoring spend, pacing, targeting, and creative performance.
* Optimize campaign components including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, keywords, placements, and copy.
* Collaborate with agency and internal teams to maintain high-quality lead generation while reducing acquisition costs.
Lead Nurturing Integration
* Work closely with the marketing automation team to ensure seamless integration of captured leads into nurturing workflows via HubSpot.
* Provide insights to the Lead Conversion Officer to refine lead qualification and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
Reporting & Campaign analysis
* Develop and deliver regular performance reports on digital marketing campaigns. Monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and ensure reporting aligns with overall business goals.
* Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to ensure timely and accurate tracking of digital initiatives.
* Adjust campaigns based on trends, audience behaviour, and channel-specific learnings.
* Create and maintain dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.
* Ensure accurate campaign attribution through proper use of UTM parameters across all channels.
