Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistants to work on a short-term supply basis in a mainstream primary school located in Neasden, Brent.
The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs. These positions are ideal for TAs looking for flexible, short-term work, with opportunities to make a real difference in students’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN or additional needs
* Assist the class teacher with general classroom duties
* Support students in accessing the curriculum
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote inclusion
* Adapt learning resources as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in 1:1 settings
* Knowledge of SEN (Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs etc.)
* A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude
* Enhanced Child DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply for one
