Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Milton Keynes £45K-50K per annum We are looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. You'll be working as part of a proactive maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery and site equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation in a fast-paced environment. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Hours: Rotating Shifts, Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) Location: Milton Keynes Permanent role Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment Diagnose faults and carry out repairs quickly and effectively to minimise downtime Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities Support production teams with machine set-ups and adjustments Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow internal processes Work in line with Health & Safety regulations and site standards Requirements: Recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) 18th Edition certification (BS7671) Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills (mechanical & electrical) Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team Flexible approach to shift workDesirable: Apprenticeship-trained engineer Experience with automated machinery, conveyors, or packaging equipment Knowledge of PLCs and control systemsIf you are interested in applying for this role, send the CV to Luana Ferreira on (url removed) or call her on (phone number removed).
