Role Description:
An exciting opportunity for an Interaction and Service Designer to drive forward the UI elements of the CORE Modernisation work.
You will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and services. Your tasks will include developing service blueprints and customer journey maps, gathering insights to influence the design of service screens used by internal users and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
In this role, you will create wireframes, prototypes and detailed design specs, iterating designs based on feedback and analytics. Your work will focus on solving complex design problems, enhancing user experiences and driving the overall design strategy across multiple services.
You will work closely with the Interaction/Service Design Lead to ensure consistency and best practice aligning with the foundations they are building for the wider Modernisation Programme.

GDS experience is essential.
