⭐ The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a skilled TIG / MIG Fabricator to join a respected and established fabrication workshop producing high-quality bespoke architectural metalwork. This is a long-term, stable role offering consistent day-shift hours, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to work on visually impressive, high-spec projects.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality TIG and MIG welds to exacting standards
Fabricate bespoke architectural and structural metalwork
Read and work accurately from engineering and fabrication drawings
Cut, prepare, assemble, and finish fabricated components
Work to tight tolerances and high cosmetic finishes
Carry out quality checks to ensure specifications are met
Operate workshop tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety

✅ Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding
Strong fabrication background, ideally within architectural metalwork
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Good understanding of workshop health & safety standards
⭐ Desirable (Not Essential)
Welding qualifications
Experience producing bespoke or architectural metalwork
What’s On Offer
£15–£18 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent contract
40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Day shifts only
