Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, your core focus will be to lead by example, delivering a high standard of physical, emotional, and social care. Operating from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you will take an active role in planning and implementing the EYFS curriculum, tracking children’s progress, and fostering a safe, stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an energetic, professional, and reliable individual who meets the following criteria:
* Qualification: Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent/above).
* Experience: Proven experience working with children aged 0‑5 within a nursery setting.
* Knowledge: A strong, working understanding of the EYFS framework and implementation.
* Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong team‑working abilities, and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Commitment: Fully dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities
* Curriculum Delivery: Plan, observe, and assess children’s development using the EYFS framework, maintaining accurate learning journeys.
* Key Person Duties: Act as a designated key person, building strong, trusted relationships with children and their families.
* Environment & Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging indoor/outdoor learning environment; assist with meal times and personal care routines.
* Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure the smooth daily running of the setting.
