Description:
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries (SLA - Service Level Agreements) to clients in the UK and Ireland, providing high-quality payroll service delivery and contributing to high customer satisfaction. The office is based in Walton-on-Thames.

Role Description:
The Payroll Supervisor (HYBRID) role involves:
Managing Customer Service and Continuous Improvements:
* Proactively solving payroll-related issues in customer service, driving improvements in customer processes, and adding value to the customer.
* Monitoring, following up, reporting, and analyzing operational KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction for assigned clients, taking corrective actions as needed.
* Driving offshoring and nearshoring transition activities for clients.
* Ensuring customer documentation such as OPM and control frameworks are up-to-date.
* Approving system or process changes and authorization requests for customer systems.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
* Acting as the operational single point of contact/escalation for designated customers.
* Understanding end-to-end payroll processes, scope, and responsibilities, ensuring compliance.
* Preparing monthly service reports and organizing governance meetings.
* Maintaining an overview of customer activities and addressing critical issues promptly.
Financial Management:
* Monitoring and analyzing financial KPIs such as client margins, and collaborating with delivery teams to address negative gaps.
* Understanding customer agreements, billing principles, SLAs, and service credit schemes to ensure accurate and timely billing.
* Managing change orders for clients.
Profile:
* Subject matter expert in payroll, ideally with experience as a Payroll Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager.
* Aiming to utilize payroll knowledge in a role that does not involve processing payroll.
* Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
