Job Title: Static Plumber
Location: Newmarket
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Static Plumber to join our team in Newmarket. This is a site-based role, meaning you will be working at a single location rather than travelling between jobs. Ideal for someone looking for stability and a consistent working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
* Diagnose and repair faults in water systems, pipework, and fixtures
* Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Maintain accurate records of work completed
* Liaise with site management and other maintenance staff as required
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2
* Proven experience in a similar plumbing or maintenance role
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Good communication skills
