Assistant Restaurant Manager
Take a leading role in a busy café/restaurant with great work‑life balance in Cheddar.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of the café/restaurant.
* Lead the team from the front, delivering excellent service.
* Oversee breakfast and lunch service in a high-volume operation.
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer experience.
* Take responsibility for opening, closing and food safety procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality.
* Confidence in leading a team in a fast‑paced café/restaurant environment.
* Strong organisational and customer‑service skills.
* Comfortable working across front‑of‑house and supporting kitchen operations.
* A passion for great food, coffee and delivering quality hospitality.
* Must be able to reliably travel to Cheddar for early starts and hold the right to work in the UK.
