Delivery Driver / Customer Service Assistant – RaceTrack Pitstop
Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our RaceTrack Pitstop team. This role is primarily focused on delivering online orders, but will also include general Customer Service Assistant (CSA) duties within the store. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellent customer service, able to handle deliveries safely and efficiently, and willing to support the wider team when needed.
Key Duties
* Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver customer orders on time and in good condition
* Ensure items are loaded, transported, and unloaded with care
* Follow delivery schedules and adapt to changes where required
* Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with customers
* Assist with CSA duties in-store, including serving customers, replenishing stock, and general housekeeping
* Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and returns
Skills & Requirements
* Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record (essential)
* Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is desirable
* Strong knowledge of local routes and ability to navigate efficiently
* Comfortable with manual handling and lifting when loading/unloading
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Pay: From £12.24 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
