Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on employment and partnership disputes: Work on complex, high-stakes matters that shape careers and reputations
* Acting for senior executives, partners, and employers: Build relationships with influential clients in finance, professional services, and industry
* Drafting, negotiating, and litigating across a broad remit: Develop experience in whistleblowing, discrimination, restrictive covenants, and stress at work claims
* Engaging in business development: Grow your personal profile while contributing to firm-wide strategy
* Collaborating in a firm with co-ownership values: Influence direction and decisions that affect your day-to-day
Requirements:
* 3–6 years' PQE in employment law
* Strong academic record and exceptional written communication
* High emotional intelligence with client empathy and commercial awareness
* Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach
* Proven ability to advise senior-level professionals with confidence
