We are looking for a competent Sous Chef or Chef De Partie to join our busy team and overlook the daily running of the kitchen alongside our head chef. We are a small busy hotel in the highlands serving a variety of food on a changing menu. Key Responsibilities: Daily running of the kitchen and covering for the Head Chefs Days off Contributing to Daily changing menus and specials Assisting with Ordering, HACCP and Cooksafe Procedures Preparing and cooking high quality food from local fresh ingredients Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen Working as part of an effective team with strong communication skills 40 hours per week until the end of October Salary or Hourly Rate dependent on experience Excellent Tips * Live in accommodation available 100% of tips shared between all employees NO AGENTS
