Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Temporary
Location: Dartford
Contract: untill 30th of April (with potential to extend)
Hours: 8.30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a busy and supportive team in Dartford on a short-term basis, with the possibility of extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, supporting clients with orders, queries, and day-to-day requests.
What you’ll do:
* Handle inbound calls and emails, providing a professional and timely response.
* Accurately process customer orders and maintain records.
* Support customers with stock availability, pricing, and delivery updates.
* Resolve queries efficiently to ensure a smooth service.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet targets and deadlines.
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive and reliable individual with a strong customer focus.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administration is desirable.
