You will be coaching the team to success, building customer relationships, and making sure that operational procedures are sound.
As store manager, you will be leading, training and delivering fantastic service, ensuring maximum profitability. Ideally, you will have gained experience in a clothing retail environment, however, the client is open on background. You understand the need for team development, commercial awareness and driving sales.
The role is paying a salary of up to £33,000 with a great bonus and benefits package. Great opportunities to progress and receive further development and training.
