Your Role: Senior Financial Analyst FP&A
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies. Your expertise will help us interpret and implement complex financial concepts, ensuring our financial health and operational success.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Interpret and apply corporate financial policies and accounting theories.
* Monitor internal accounting controls to safeguard company assets.
* Compile analyses and reports for department management.
* Support the annual budget process and expense forecasts.
* Conduct financial research and analyze operational results.
* Collaborate with other Financial Analysts on performance and business case analyses.
* Assist in revenue and margin analysis, as well as new business opportunities.
* Work with business partners on departmental budgets and project support.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
* 7+ years of related experience or equivalent education and training.
* 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience in retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries.
* Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
Compensation
Your compensation will reflect your experience, education, and location. Successful candidates can expect to earn between $77,255 - $119,745.
