Release Manager – Job Profile
Lead end-to-end release planning, governance, and deployment across complex, multi-supplier programmes
Coordinate releases across multiple environments and test phases, enforcing quality gates and Go/No-Go decisions
Act as the primary client interface, providing clear visibility of release readiness, risks, and impacts
Manage release-related change, risk, incidents, and reporting
Key Requirements
Proven Release Manager experience on large-scale IT programmes
Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, ideally in regulated or public-sector environments
Deep understanding of release, deployment, environment, and testing lifecycles
Confident, organised, and calm under pressure
