Salary: £37,500 – £42,500 per annum
Location: Tollerton, Nottingham
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (with additional hours as required)
Holidays: 32 days, including bank holidays
Reports to: Head of Finance

Operating from a 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Tollerton, they manufacture and distribute products throughout the UK and internationally. Their LapCabby range of laptop and tablet storage solutions is sold in over 50 countries and is manufactured both on-site and overseas. The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their finance team. This role plays a key part in the business and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the company's continued success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, analysing performance, and supporting the Head of Finance in maintaining the financial health of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
Oversee the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and payroll functions
Reconcile accounts, balance sheets, and nominal ledgers
Manage accruals and prepayments
Provide monthly financial reporting to the Head of Finance
Deliver weekly KPI data to relevant departments
Assist in preparing monthly and year-end management information packs
Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
Analyse financial data to identify trends and drive efficiencies
Deputise for the Head of Finance when required
Undertake additional finance-related duties as directed by management
Person Specification
Qualifications
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA – part-qualified or fully qualified
Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance role
Experience preparing management accounts and working with cross-functional teams
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Confident working independently and as part of a team
