There may be times when you're expected to come onsite outside your typical in-office days to support special projects, team events, or other business needs.*Annual Bonus Potential: 13% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.Base Salary: $122,000 - $152,000 (depending on experience)**Note**: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.* Complete month-end and year-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and budget/forecast to actual analysis.* Manage annual external financial statement audits and other regulatory audits as required* Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts and assist with financial analysis as needed.* Establish and maintain internal controls.* Provide assistance in gross margin analysis by means of preparing profit and loss reports.* Ensure issuance of accurate and useful financial and management reporting (financial statements) for internal, external and Board use.* Provide leadership over the general accounting team including setting goals and objectives, coaching team members, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.* Supervise and assist with preparation federal, state and local tax returns.* Management of treasury operations, including review of bank reconciliations and preparation of reporting materials to bank.* Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.* Complete other responsibilities as assigned.We create connections with every sip.
