We’re looking for a mix of Store Manager & Assistant Managers who set the tone of the store and come armed with a lot of passion and enthusiasm. Someone with a positive attitude, energetic and who loves the excitement of working in a high performance, volume retailer!
Ideal Candidate
* Experience as a Manager or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors would be an advantage, although any hospitality, leisure or retail management background will be considered.
* Motivated by results, excited by achieving high standards and delivering excellent customer service.
* Possess a high attention to detail, understand company procedures, and be able to give clear instructions.
* Open to travelling within a 45-minute radius of your home location and other locally accessible stores.
* A proactive, solution-focused individual, able to prioritize, delegate, and develop a team to achieve targets.
The Role – Key Responsibilities
* Managing, coaching, and developing a team to achieve outstanding results.
* Deputize for the Store Manager to ensure all processes and procedures are followed and compliance is maintained.
* Set and implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
* Deliver and maximize sales results through effective execution of the operating plan.
* Drive the team to meet and exceed targets, setting clear goals for their development.
* Complete daily stock ordering to ensure store availability.
