We have an opportunity available for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Silver Street Respite Service based in Barnsley, S75 3NP.
Salary: £25,298 per annum
Hours: 35 weekly

Responsibilities
* Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standards.
* Support adults with various conditions including learning disabilities, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.
* Assist with community and domestic tasks such as shopping and other daily living activities.
Qualifications
* Previous support worker experience is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a person‑centred manner.
* Capability to supervise and mentor staff.
