Job Title: Solicitor
Location: Various in Kent
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients across a range of legal areas.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with poise and professionalism.
* Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates on case developments.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
* Stay updated on current legal trends and changes to legislation relevant to assigned practice areas.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Solicitor with a solid understanding of legal procedures and case management.
* Strong research and analytical skills to interpret and apply legal statutes effectively.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and presenting cases.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with clients.
* Detail‑oriented with superior organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Adherence to the highest ethical standards and a commitment to professional development.
