Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Office-based)Start Date: Monday 7th AprilPay: £140/day (Umbrella only - we can help you get set up!)Duration: 3-month contractHours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for customers of both residential and commercial properties - inbound calls and emails
* Identifying and confirming new occupiers to ensure accurate utility billing records
* A combination of data cleansing and data entry
* Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service role
* Confident handling both inbound and outbound calls
* Fast and accurate data entry skills
* Comfortable navigating multiple in-house systems
* Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Word
* Must be able to work full-time from our client's office in Stoke
