Drive sales performance and retail KPIs through coaching and leadership. Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence. Oversee stock management, cash handling and store safety procedures. Maintain excellent visual standards and create a welcoming retail environment. Develop, motivate and inspire the team to deliver expert service. Requirements: Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retail.
