The Role: You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for façade construction projects, including cladding, curtain walls, insulation, glazing, and structural supports. This role involves reviewing architectural drawings, sourcing quotes from suppliers, performing quantity take-offs, and compiling competitive proposals. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project alignment and budget expectations.
