WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the PR & Showroom Coordinator you will support the UK/IE PR & Communications team in the day‑to‑day running of the press office and showroom. The role strengthens relationships with press, influencers, stylists, and talent while ensuring seamless sample management and showroom operations.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to;
PR & Influencer Support
* Assist PR & Communications and Influencer & Partnerships Specialists with media pitching, distributing press materials, talent research, gifting, briefing notes, and coordination of influencer partnerships.
* Create media grids, coverage reports, guest lists, and briefing materials.
* Support UK/IE and Global events, including prep, set-up, guest management, talent dressing, and gift execution.
* Develop and distribute press/influencer mailers and packing lists.
* Monitor industry trends, competitors, and cultural movements relevant to PR and showroom activity.
* Communicate H&M key fashion messages and brand narrative when meeting stylists, influencers, and opinion leaders.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, Partnerships, Media and store teams.
* Work with external agencies to ensure brand alignment across paid activations.
* Lead showroom appointments for press, influencers, stylists, talent, and VIP guests.
* Reset and re‑merchandise the showroom daily and manage calendar plus visitor scheduling.
Stockroom & Sample Management
* Oversee garment send-outs and returns, including deliveries and incoming samples.
* Maintain high organisational standards across the stockroom.
* Manage returns and determine allocation.
* Support end‑of‑season sample rotation, archiving, and sale preparation.
Administrative & Press Office Support
* Conduct daily media monitoring.
* Book cars, couriers, and transport.
* Place orders for influencers and talent.
* Maintain accurate press database entries.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with the UK/IE Customer Activation and Marketing team, the Regional NEU PR & Comms team, as well as Global Brand PR and Influencer teams.

This is a full time position on a 12 month contract and is based in our Support Office in London, reporting to the PR & Communications Manager.
