Contract: 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration to join a 60-bedded nursing home and lead the night care team. This role is available for an immediate start (subject to DBS and compliance checks).
About the Role
As a Care Home Clinical Lead at Barchester, you'll use your compassion and experience to help deliver clinical care to the high standards we're known for. We'll look to you to make sure our care is in line with all regulations by implementing our rigorous safeguarding policies and overseeing the creation of care plans. This is a role that will see you using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects and evolve care levels to meet every resident's needs. You will also provide coaching, training and mentoring to keep the team updated with the latest clinical developments.
About You
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
* Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
* Experience in gerontology
* Strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
* Demonstrated success in clinical mentorship and performance management
* Person‑centred and compassionate approach to nursing
