Your Day-to-Day
* RAC Inspections: Detailed inspections to the highest national standards
* Diagnostic Excellence: Resolving complex electrical and mechanical faults
* Component Repair: Precision repair/replacement of major components
* UDPI Checks: Completing comprehensive inspections with total accuracy
* Collaboration: Working with a skilled team without the usual workshop chaos

The Ideal Technician
* Qualified: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Experienced: Minimum 3 years as a fully qualified technician
* Technical Skill: Strong modern diagnostic skills (high-end 4x4 experience preferred)
* Standards: A "right first time" mentality and pride in workshop housekeeping
* Essentials: Full UK Driving Licence
