Academics are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our recruitment team in Birmingham, specialising in the education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector, including Primary, Secondary and SEN School across Birmingham.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their recruitment needs.
* Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective networking.
* Develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.
* Stay informed on market trends, challenges, and the competitive landscape to deliver high-quality services.
What we’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally in recruitment.
* An understanding of the education sector and its recruitment challenges.
* Excellent communication and networking skills with a track record of building lasting partnerships.
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work autonomously, with a strategic and proactive approach to business growth.
