Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist located in Royal Wootton Bassett. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling phone and email communication, processing service orders, monitoring customer accounts, and collaborating with various departments to improve customer experience. The role also involves gathering and analysing customer feedback to make informed recommendations for service improvements.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
* Customer service experience in a similar role
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Experience with CRM systems and customer service software
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Basic knowledge of waste management and recycling processes is a plus, but not integral
* Role suitable for a fast learner, keen to grow and develop with the company
