My client, based in Manchester, is a very successful and fast growing Capital Products Contract Hire/Leasing SME.
This key new role requires a high calibre, commercially "switched on" Finance professional to operate as the close "right hand" to the Owner/CEO to execute the company's ambitious growth strategy at this exciting key stage of their development.
The brief
* Provide strategic advice and hands‑on support to the highly entrepreneurial CEO operating within an experienced cohesive Senior Management Team.
* Manage and develop a small efficient Finance team to provide robust and timely financial and management information.
* Develop the overall business infrastructure to ensure optimal efficiency and synergy across all functions within the business.
* Work proactively alongside the CEO and other senior colleagues to explore and execute exciting new business innovative growth initiatives/opportunities.
* Support the Sales & Commercial Directors on complex B2B Contract Hire/Leasing tenders and negotiations with both existing and new clients.
* Operate as the key point of contact with all professional stakeholders.
* Overall, to operate as an influential key player within the business to ensure the company achieves its exciting profitable growth strategy.

Package
My client offers a competitive salary up to c £100k plus generous Bonus + benefits.
Location
