They have a great structure, have mid-weigh designers, Senior, DD, CD and ECD.
They are looking for another Design Director to co-direct one of their main clients - Beauty / Self care brand but the DD will still have exposure to other clients - FMCG / Premium brands.
The work will focus 70/80% on Packaging and 20/30% in other brand touch-points
They are looking for someone highly conceptual with big ideas and system thinking—someone who can see how a brand can expand and is very confident leading projects and presenting their work to clients.

Offices: Central London
Hybrid working: 3 days/week on-site
Salary: around £65K/£70K DOE
