Reporting to the Group Logistics Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide support to clients through on-time and in-full delivery of orders, ensuring smooth communication between warehouses, logistics teams, and customers. Key Duties: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in both German and English. Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with internal teams, including warehousing and logistics, to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or warehousing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
