They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Kettering area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local Housing Association contract.
The Role:
Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
Requirements:
2 years experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1
Full UK Driving Licence
No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)
The Package:
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Overtime paid at hourly rate
Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 per annum (DOE)
Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer
Monthly bonus
OTE £50,000+ per annum
